Foot care
20-50 minutes
Total foot care: a full foot health assessment and care appointment for your feet. Nail trim, filing, callus & corn management, and a foot rub.
Diabetic foot care: same as above, with a focus on concerns specific to diabetes.
Just the nails: a nail trim and filing. No callus or corn management. Basic foot health assessment.
ToeFX fungal nail treatment
45 minutes
Health Canada approved photodisinfection therapy for lab-confirmed toenail fungus. No pills, no daily care, and a 75% success rate on even the worst cases.
Generally requires 6-12 appointments for full results.
Specific foot concern
20 minutes
An appointment to manage ingrown nails, calluses, corns, warts, or other minor concerns. Does not include a full nail trim.

MedFlex nail restoration
15 minutes per toe
Improve the look of your damaged nails with a flexible, antifungal, and breathable solution. Can also be used to help toenail injuries heal painlessly.
Reflexology/massage
25-50 minutes
A relaxing foot massage to help reduce stress & foot pain, and promote healing.
Diabetic foot check
20 minutes
Assessment of the circulation, sensation, and skin & nail health of the feet for persons living with diabetes.
Compression sock fitting/sales
20 minutes
Compression sock & stocking fitting by a certified Sigvaris fitter. Prescription and over-the-counter strength available. Prescription compression socks are covered by the majority of extended health benefit programs.

OnyFix nail correction
15 minutes per toe
A painless process to improve ingrown and overly-curved nails. This product adheres to the nail to keep it from curving down as it grows out. Safe for all ages and health conditions. No special care required once it's applied.
Nail fungus sampling
15 minutes
If you're concerned you may have toenail fungus, trust us to send your sample to our private PCR lab. PCR testing boasts a false negative rate of less than 1%. Compare to traditional cultures at about 45%.
Available as a stand-alone appointment or an add-on to any foot care appointment.
Wart treatment
10 minutes
Cryotherapy for plantar warts under 0.5 cm in diameter. May require a second or third treatment.
Stay tuned, as treatment for larger warts is in the works.
Custom offloading
15+ minutes
Relieve pressure on your feet with custom solutions. Modifications to your insoles, or custom padding options, can help reduce pain, eliminate corns, and decrease callusing.
In-hospital/facility visit
30 minutes
If you or your loved one needs foot care while in hospital, long-term care, or assisted living, we can arrange a visit to the facility. The additional time and cost is to cover travel & insurance. Only available in Nakusp.
Please note that home visits are not available at this time.
