About Us

Introducing Sole Focus Foot Health, created in 2024 to cater to the needs of residents in the Arrow and Slocan Lakes area who require assistance with foot and nail care, or who wish to monitor or enhance their foot health.

I have completed over of 150 hours of initial foot care training, am a member of the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses, and engage in regular continuing education, ensuring that I am up-to-date with the latest in the field. I am committed to providing high-quality foot care services to my clients.

Jen Darling, RN, BScN

I graduated with a diploma in general nursing in 1999, and later obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing through UBC in 2004. I have worked across the US and Canada in emergency rooms and advanced practice settings.

I arrived in Nakusp from Whitehorse, YT in December of 2021. I is an active member of the Arrow Lakes SAR team, and enjoy outdoor pursuits, reading, and spending time with my dog and two cats.
